The Problem
No Real System To Collect Reviews
When Rudy came to us he had an Allstate Insurance business in El Paso, TX. His business was growing with the vast majority of his customers being 100% satisfied with their work, but not enough of them were leaving reviews.
The Solution
After signing up with Prosperly we integrated our review links into the Allstate customer management system which allowed them to automatically send out a review request email after every new auto or home policy was written.
We also helped them set up placards in their office with a QR code that links to their Prosperly review page instead of going to straight to Google to collect and manage reviews from walk-ins.
The Outcome
This has meant getting over 100 reviews and because of our negative review gatekeeping system they have a solid rating of 4.6 stars.
They now have opened a second location in TX that is growing rapidly as we helping them collect reviews.
